MANUFACTURE: VICOMETAL

DISC SCREEN manufactured by our professionals, on its way to Finland and will be part of an industrial wood line, in wood grain.

Part of a log conveyor line, logs are moved over screens.

For:
– Removal of sand and stones that may be in the wood;
– Metal removal

Vicometal Group Manufacturing:
– Metal assembly, from the entire structure and supports of the same;
– Assembly of various accessories, from stretchers, rolls, gear motors, sensor holders and security guards.

in this final stage, we present the headbox that was manufactured by Vicometal, where the material (madeira) wet enters the drum with the aim of leaving completely dry through the outlet box, for forwarding the product to the remaining stages of production.
